The result does not fetch live fares, availability, exchange rates, visa costs or provider terms. Add any material omitted cost before treating the scenario as complete.
Run a separate calculation when one choice changes several costs. A cheaper transport option can create extra transfer or accommodation costs, so do not mix components from different plans.
What the result means
The per-traveller figure divides the whole modeled scenario equally. Real groups may split rooms, transport or activities differently, so treat it as a comparison baseline rather than a settlement calculation.
