Calculator inputs stay in your browser

The decision tools calculate from the values you enter in your browser. The current site code does not send those calculator input values to a custom analytics service or store them on our server.

Short-lived source attribution

The site creates a random session identifier and remembers a simple source label, such as direct, Facebook or Pinterest, in your browser's sessionStorage. This is used by the page to label local utility and partner-click events. It is limited to the browser session and the current site has no configured custom persistent event sink.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Cloudflare Pages currently adds Cloudflare Web Analytics to the public site. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first and says it does not use cookies or localStorage for Web Analytics, does not fingerprint individual visitors for analytics, and collects performance and page-view information through its browser beacon.

Affiliate links

Some clearly disclosed links are affiliate links. If you choose one, you leave this site and the destination provider receives the request under its own privacy practices. The link can contain publisher and site identifiers so an eligible booking or purchase can be attributed to this site. We do not treat an outbound click as proof of a booking, commission or payment.

Advertising and forms

Reserved ad positions on this site are not currently connected to an external advertising network. The public decision tools do not require an email address or account.

Changes to this notice

If we add a persistent analytics database, advertising technology, account collection or another material data flow, this notice must be updated before that feature is enabled.
